The first monograph on the web portal

On September 3, 2026, the first book was published on the web portal. It became the monograph of Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Orofessor Olena Perunova "Civil procedural form and its characteristic components", published by Pravo Publishing House.

The monograph examines the issue of civil procedural form and its characteristic features regarding the conduct of civil proceedings by the court and the application of the necessary procedural opportunities by other participants in the case, for example, the use and submission by participants in the trial of various procedural acts-documents and their execution. The use and application of modern information and communication technologies in conducting such civil disputes, their impact on the procedural form of civil proceedings, the use of legal facts in their classical form and in the form of electronic evidence are also investigated; the issue of legal technique and its significance for the content and form of civil proceedings and the issue of the main principles that, according to the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine, are applied in conducting a civil case are highlighted.
The book will be useful to scholars, graduate students, and students of higher education institutions who are interested in civil procedure and the course of civil cases.
